Dogtown United is a non-profit organization created to collaborate with the various stakeholders in Dogtown and the Ancient Order of the Hibernians to coordinate, organize, plan, administrate and raise money for the Dogtown Irish Festival featuring the Ancient Order of Hibernians St. Patrick's Day Parade. Dogtown United engages local, state, and federal agencies in organizing and planning the this event.

All equipment, supplies, booth materials, and selling activity must be confined to your allocated space. Electricity or lights will not be provided for vendor tents. Dogtown United reserves the right to review all applications and make vendor decisions based on the need for products and the need to avoid oversaturation of similar products. No independent vendor will be granted exclusivity at this event.
This application includes rules, requirements, and procedures to participate in the Dogtown Irish Festival. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified of your application status and accepted vendor requirements. All fees must be paid upon submission of this application and are non-refundable prior to participation in the event. This application will allow you to select the number of vending spots you'd like to apply for and to pay with a credit card.
Vendor participation fee: $500-$1,500 before January 17, 2026

Deadline to apply: Tuesday, March 10, 2026 @ 5:00 pm. No applications will be accepted after this deadline. No exceptions will be made.
Upon acceptance as a vendor at the event, Dogtown United will include include your information on the approved vendor list.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining ALL permits needed for their business by the deadline set forth by respective departments.
Vending Alcohol: Please note, we only allow brick and mortar businesses in the Dogtown neighborhood to sell alcohol. Outside businesses may not sell alcohol at the Dogtown St. Patrick's Day parade.
Mandatory Meeting: Vendor meeting will take place Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 6:00PM at The Pat Connolly Tavern in the upstairs event space. All vendors must send a representative.
Weather Notice: The Dogtown Irish Festival is a rain or shine event and will proceed in the event of poor weather, and vendor fee refunds will not be issued in the case of inclement weather. Attendance at this event is weather related. Dogtown United, Inc. makes no guarantees, representations, or compensation regarding attendance.
Note: ALL FOOD VENDING SPACES ARE FILLED IN THIS AREA. Other vendors are still welcome.
There are a few spots around the Dogtown neighborhood we allow food trucks to set up at for discounted rates. Note: These spots are NOT inside the main event footprint. They are generally one block OUTSIDE of the main event. The idea being that you will capture foot traffic as people arrive and as they leave.
I agree that I have purchased the appropriate amount of space for my vending activation. I understand that should I need additional space on event day that the price is $2100 per 10'x10'. Additionally, I understand more space may not be available on event day and there will be NO refunds.
I agree that I am only purchasing a vendor space. I will provide my own tents, tables, power, lighting, and other equipment. I similarly agree to acquire all necessary permitting for any food, drink, propane, or generators I plan to use or sell.
